Kerrigan was not stupid enough to bring the kitten to work. No; that right was reserved for some of the bottles of neon soda, which had still not quite managed to drain out of her fridge.

Privately, she thought they might be reproducing.

In full defiance of the sugar, she was drinking her coffee black today.
