After last night, Sarah Kerrigan knew it was right about time to reprioritize the details of her little home improvement adventure; the level of break-ins was staggering for an island of this size (she realised the irony of her presence in the house, but had no need of it). The moment permissibly modded Deadpool had left the house, she began work on an early warning system.

There were no missiles involved, and the house was starting to look a little empty (besides the ball pit) for all the retooling (read: stripping of items) she was doing, but safety measures came first.

"Which is always a plus," he agreed. "Do you have anything to write?"

"If you would be as kind as to look to your left..." she smirked. The table with the PDA was pretty much the only piece of furniture besides the couch she hadn't dismantled.

"Mmmm, things to my left seem to randomly not get noticed," he said lightly as he turned towards it. He picked up the pen beside it and wrote his phonenumber down on the PDA.

"Which is why you've got me to inform you," Kerrigan replied, just as lightly.

It made him briefly think of Aly, but he smiled at Kerrigan. "Like you'll inform me when you know if that dinner would be suitable?"

"I might," Kerrigan said, grinning, "Or I might not. Have to keep you on your toes." Or so she was told.

He'd heard that one before. "I'm always on my toes," he assured her. "But I like the challenge."

She wasn't surprised. It came from that Aly woman, after all. Not that that was why she'd used it. "If it wasn't for the challenge, Sheriff," she said, sitting down on the couch, "We'd all be dead by now."

Roy let out a breath, not too sure about that. "Hmmmm, I probably should get back to that challenge now."

"Good luck," Kerrigan said, eyeing him from the couch.

"Mmmmm yes, paperwork is very hazardous," he chuckled and nodded at her. "Good luck with the tactics book."

"Hey, you can't underestimate those papercuts," Kerrigan said, leaning back. "I'll be sure to beat the book into submission."
